Widya has extensive experience in investment, corporate and commercial law, and licensing across various sectors in Indonesia. Her practice covers a wide range of legal matters, including foreign and domestic investment structuring, corporate governance, business licensing, regulatory compliance, and criminal litigation. She is well-versed in advising clients operating in industries such as manufacturing and services.

Widya’s professional background combines both private practice and in-house legal expertise. She began her legal career at a well-regarded local law firm before serving as an in-house counsel at one of Indonesia’s leading industrial conglomerates. This diverse experience has equipped her with a practical and strategic approach to contract negotiation, legal risk management, and the implementation of corporate policies in line with Indonesian law.

She is a licensed advocate and an active member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). Widya obtained her Bachelor of Law degree from Maranatha Christian University and later pursued a Master of Law (LL.M.) from the University of Indonesia, further strengthening her expertise in corporate and investment law.
