Prior to founding Hara Partnership, Daniel served as a lawyer at Widyawan & Partners, in association with Linklaters, a globally recognized international law firm.  He has developed deep expertise in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), dispute resolution, and restructuring and bankruptcy.

He is a licensed advocate and an active member the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), the Indonesian National Association of Legal Auditors (PAHN) and the Indonesian Association of Mining Legal Consultants and Advocates (PERKHAPPI).

Daniel graduated with honors (Cum Laude) in February 2018 from Binus University, majoring in Business Law.
